Concerned about respect of your privacy, DENOS undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended (hereinafter, the “Data Protection Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the "RGPD").
Personal data may be collected and recorded by DENOS when browsing the website via cookies. The term “cookies” refers to all tracers deposited in read and/or write mode in order to store and/or access information stored in your terminal equipment when you browse our website.
This information is recorded in a computerized file by DENOS, the purpose of which is to enable DENOS to improve the use and functionalities of its website, as well as the browsing experience of its users.

The website and all of its contents (operating system, database, software, DENOS name and logos, documents, images, videos, sounds, texts, etc.) are the exclusive property of DENOS and are protected by legislation and regulations in force in France regarding intellectual property, and in particular by copyright, neighboring rights and trademark law.
All right of reproduction of the website and its elements are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.
The use of the website by users does not entail any license and/or transfer of intellectual property rights relating to the website and/or the elements composing it. Any downloadable documents also remain the exclusive property of DENOS.
